Rated 2 out of 5 by KeepitSimple from poor specs and aesthetic delivered 2 weeks ago. used twice - once for clothings and then bedsheets. the drum is taller and slimmer than my old Samsung 9kg wobble (11years old until motherboard melted 1 month ago probably due to hot weather) . Altho it is 10kg capacity, it seems my old Samsung drum is wider thus giving more spin movement for the washes. the slim drum does not allow items to move around with more velocity. my old Samsung has soak function on touch of button. TBH, why must download app to wash?? why can't we keep things simple? just have all the necessary buttons on the washer and choose from the panel? I had to download the app to change the panel's "download" function to soak. UNFORTUNATELY, the so call SOAK function is a whole cycle by itself so I cannot choose "bedding" function + soak. I can only choose the "downloaded" (soak) function which soak but has a softer spin and wash. This "smart" ; "AI" craze is out of control. Its a washer for heaven's sake!!!! now I'm stuck with this for 5years. I doubt it'll last more than 5years as a washer repairman told me , the more functions and "smart" the appliances, the easier the devices/ motherboard will burnout! Great Job Samsung! the older models (inc TV which I loved) lasted longer. in addition, why have a darkened glass top? why don't just use the regular reinforced clear plastic? since its topload - be better for a flat top instead of a slanted top? at least we can place light (<10kg) on top... since houses are getting smaller and spaces are precious. hope you can make use of these feedback for your next model.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Yellow Rea from Poor basic design i installed this last week. Simple to operate but when the water level is high before rinsing there is no error message and this is because it is naturally drained without a pump. That means the drain pipe must be connected to a floor level drain sump. Regret buying this because my drain pipe opening is 34 cm high. Each time i use the machine i have to extend the drain pipe to a floor drainage point. A big headache!!! Furthermore there no spinning function alone. All handwash must go through rinse and spin!!! Think twice before buying!!!!
