Rated 1 out of 5 by shuz from White residue on steamer... I hope I did not get a display or used product as the water tank component of the steamer was outside of the plastic wrapping. Also, a part of the steamer had some white residue (refer to photo). Filled water tank can only steam 1 garment, max 2 small garments. Delivery took about 2 weeks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by AngelDust from Philips handheld steamer Easy to use and fast to steam my clothes without creases. Find it more convenient to handle for items like my airism tees without scorching the material. Also good for cotton tops and pants.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Leovs from Easy to use and very effective Excellent product from Philips, I use it every morning to iron my clothes before going to work. I wouldn’t exchange with anything else! Thanks Philips!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Bambiwilly669 from No steam and no support! Useless! Purchased for a trip abroad and despite numerous attempts and reading FAQs there is no support or advice available. Useless appliance.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Buadongdong from Philips handheld steamer Gave it a 3 out of 5 stars because it is not so effective in straightening my clothes. Need to pull it and steam it becomes not so convenient. It is not as easy as it seems like advertised where you just apply and becomes straight.

Rated 1 out of 5 by jessy0409 from NOT AS ADVERTISED Disappointed with this product. Is not like what has been advertised. Rather difficult to handle; it is heavy for me, and it cannot really straighten very crumble clothing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ms.ak from compact steamer that works! Love the compact size. Foldable and easy to keep away. It heats up fast and holds enough for approximately 2-4 shirts. Also the water tank won’t leak. Is very secured.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Jashaun from The Product That Was left Redundant Price was reasonable but was unable to replace the iron. The steam vent was rather small and as a result steam not strong enough to straighten the clothing.
