Rated 4 out of 5 by Stephen001 from Great OLED TV but lacked some basics Picture quality of the OLED TV is very good. However a couple of issues were disappointing: 1. It has only 2 HDMI slots vs most other brands with 4, one of which is ARC, which Philips do not offer. I therefore had to reconfigure my Home Theatre System to enable usage of the AV system at home although still not optimal. 2. TV often show system alert that I need to do Pixel Cleaning buy going to the Settings but that does not seem to work and there is nothing in the manual to guide user through the process. As a simple OLED, it stands out but could have been a better system and a winner.

Rated 3 out of 5 by HaritP from Great picture quality, but the frequent OLED scree The TV has excellent picture quality and overall performance. It’s smooth to operate, responsive, and the viewing experience is great. However, the OLED screen reset/recalibration happens far too frequently. Even when the TV has been switched off for several hours without being disconnected from power, it doesn’t seem to perform the recalibration while in standby mode. Instead, it sometimes forces me to interrupt my viewing and switch the TV off completely so that the process can take place. This is quite annoying, especially when watching TV and you’re suddenly required to stop using it. I haven’t experienced this behaviour with other OLED TVs from LG or Samsung, where the screen maintenance appears to be handled more seamlessly in standby.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from Don’t go for price, Tv quality is very bad Please think twice before you buy this Tv. Got black spots on screen after 7 days of the purchase of this Tv. Also no replacement and repair is super slow.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Ah luck from Servic hot line operator does not understand TV Hot line operator doesn't know philips TV functionality. She doesn't have patience to listen user questions carefully. Always direct to the wrong instructions. She need to be trained by Philips engineer. Do not let user confusion.

Rated 4 out of 5 by KimSeng from Linking the TV to Laptop or Mobile Device Generally, I am satisfied with the product as a TV. However, I am still unable to link my laptop (both Apple and Android) and mobile devices to the TV for screen share.
