COURTS Singapore HomeClub Membership Programme

Terms and Conditions (Updated as of 2nd September 2026)

  1. Programme Operator and Acceptance of Terms
    1. The COURTS Singapore HomeClub Membership Programme ("HomeClub Programme") is owned and operated by COURTS (Singapore) Private Limited ("COURTS", "we", "us", or "our").
    2. By applying for, registering, or participating in the HomeClub Programme, you ("Member" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with any notices, rules, policies, or instructions issued by COURTS from time to time.
    3. COURTS reserves the right to accept, reject, or disqualify any application for HomeClub Programme membership at its sole discretion without assigning any reason.
    4. Under the HomeClub Programme, COURTS customers (“Customer”) who qualifying for membership and approved by COURTS will be entitled to enjoy privileges and rewards determined by COURTS from time to time.
  2. Eligibility and Registration
    1. To register as a Member, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the point of sign-up and possess a valid Singapore mobile number and email address. Individuals below eighteen (18) years of age must obtain verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to registration.
    2. Identity verification will be conducted via One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered Singapore mobile number and/or your unique email address. You are responsible for ensuring all registration details provided are accurate, complete, and up to date.
    3. Enrolment of more than one (1) person under a single membership account, or multiple account registrations by a single individual, is strictly prohibited.
  3. Personal Data Protection and Marketing Preferences
    1. Collection & Use: By enrolling in the HomeClub Programme, you consent to COURTS collecting, using, retaining, disclosing, and processing your personal data (such as name, gender, date of birth, email address, mailing address, mobile number, and transaction history) for account administration, identity verification, order fulfilment, customer support, marketing and promotional purposes and internal auditing/data analytics.
    2. Third-Party Disclosure: COURTS may disclose your personal data to authorized third-party service providers (including logistics partners, suppliers, credit bureaus, insurers, and debt collection agencies) strictly for fulfilling services to you or as required by law.
    3. Transfer: Your personal data may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or in which we engage service providers, and you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of Singapore.
    4. Direct Marketing: By enrolling in the HomeClub Programme, you agree and consent to receive any marketing and promotional updates from COURTS via SMS, email, direct mailers, or phone calls. You may update your marketing preferences or opt-out/unsubscribe at any time via your online account settings or by following the instructions in our communications.

  4. Account Security and Obligation to Update Personal Details
    1. Member must promptly update any changes to their personal details via the COURTS website, the COURTS Mobile Application, or at any COURTS physical store.
    2. Failure to maintain your updated personal details poses a risk to your account being compromised or accessed by third party, and COURTS shall not be liable for any unauthorized access, loss, or redemption of HomeClub Points resulting from your failure to update your personal details.
    3. If COURTS reasonably suspects that a registered mobile number or email address has been transferred, deactivated, or compromised, COURTS reserves the right to suspend or terminate the affected account and forfeit any accrued points.
  5. Earning HomeClub Points
    1. Under the HomeClub Programme, Member can earn HomeClub Points (“Points”) on qualifying retail purchases made at COURTS physical store or online at www.courts.lol.
    2. For the avoidance of doubts, Points shall not be earned on: - 
      1. products from Apple, Microsoft, Dyson, Sony PlayStation, and OSIM;
      2. limited sets promotion, purchase with purchase items or price matched items;
      3. purchases with cash vouchers or gift cards;
      4. delivery, installation, or any other service fees;
      5. selected promotions or discounts items;
      6. amount offset using HomeClub points or vouchers;
      7. COURTS FlexiPlans and any subscription plans; and
      8. any other products or services as which may be prescribed from time to time by COURTS.
    3. Members earn one (1) HomeClub Point for every S$2.00 spent on eligible net purchase amounts.
    4. Points are updated within seven (7) working days after full payment and delivery. In the event of product returns or exchanges under COURTS’ 14-Day Exchange Policy, points earned on returned items will be adjusted or deducted accordingly.
  6. Redemption and Expiry of HomeClub Points
    1. HomeClub Points may be redeemed at COURTS physical stores in Singapore at a rate of 100 Points = S$1.00 offset against eligible purchases. Point redemptions are currently not available for online purchases.
    2. Points cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, cash vouchers, gift cards, or FlexiPlans instalment payments.
    3. Points are valid for one (1) year from the date of your last qualifying purchase. Expired points are automatically forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
    4. A S$10 Birthday Voucher will be issued via email on the 5th of your birthday month (valid for in-store purchases only). If membership is registered after the 5th of your birthday month, the voucher will be issued in your next birthday month. Member must promptly provide birthday date for COURTS to issue the birthday voucher.
    5. Members are solely responsible for tracking their points balance and expiry dates through COURTS Mobile App and/or website. Expired points will be automatically forfeited and shall not be reinstated, regardless of whether any reminder, notification, or communication was sent or received).
  7. Programme Modification and Termination
    1. COURTS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the HomeClub Programme, including point earning rates, conversion values, and privileges, at any time without prior notice.
    2. COURTS reserves the right to cancel or revoke any membership, points, or rewards to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or our internal policies without liability to the Member.
    3. Members may cancel their HomeClub account at any time by submitting the online form (Contact Us) Upon cancellation, all accumulated points and unredeemed rewards will be immediately forfeited.
  8. Limitation of Liability
    1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, COURTS shall not be liable to any Member for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the HomeClub Programme, membership accounts, or rewards; or any product or service offered, provided by our partners or any information, content, materials provided in relation to them, whether or not we were advised in advance of the possibility of such losses or damages.
    2. If COURTS is found liable by a court of competent jurisdiction, COURTS' maximum aggregate liability to you shall be strictly limited to the re-issuance of disputed HomeClub Points or the replacement of the specific reward in dispute, as determined by COURTS at its sole discretion.
  9. General Provisions
    1. A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 (Cap. 53B) to enforce any provision herein.
    2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
    3. No failure or delay by COURTS in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver thereof.
    4. Members may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations. COURTS may assign or novate its rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party without consent.
    5. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Members submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
