The self-clean feature is a real time-saver, and the low noise and vibration during spinning are a welcome change. The anti-mold rubber seal is a fantastic feature, giving me peace of mind, and my clothes are consistently washed thoroughly. That interior light? Game-changer! It makes checking the load so much easier. And the dial knobs? They're smooth as butter, with bright red, illuminated icons that make cycle selection a cinch. Highly recommended!"

A simple uncomplicated design which makes it simple to use.I have used it only for a month and like it.The machine is well built can be used without having to pore through complicated operation manual. The "add a garment" button is a very useful function for the occasional forgetfulness. I have used a direct drive LG which 10 kg washer which had lasted me almost 10 years without any breakdown. The Fisher & Paykel machines was introduced by the salesman at the shop. This is my first Fisher & Paykel appliance. The reliability of my LG washer and brand of household appliances have set a high standard of performance .I would certainly consider other Fisher & Paykel appliances if this machine performs as well. I am located in Singapore and would definitely recommend Fisher & Paykel if this machine proves as good as competitors !

With 4 different wash settings all handling maximum load just depends how through of a wash is needed. Spin dry really is close to dry, that with some fabric's l don't need to bother putting in the dryer. Plenty of additional features to adjust or customise your wash at will with individual settings for each and all light up to read easily. And dailing in which wash settings to use the display lights up and makes it easy to read what wash setting lve chosen or about to choose. And super quiet, l don't even know the machine is on during washing or spin dry, you just don't hear the machine at all, only hear the water from the tap. I looked at all the brands out there and compared the manuals and this model came first. Highly Recommend. And Fisher & Paykel should never discontinue this model, it's the best, and l don't know how any better this model can get.

Have useful features such as quick wash, steam refresh, sanitise, bulky and wool that helps to plan washing for various types of clothing/bedding. Normal wash cycles are short mostly less than an hour. Quiet and clean well too.

Option of having water temperature control is a great benefit. The clothes were cleaner (stains disappeared) when we use the 40-60 degree heated water setting.
